Eligibility for taking Admission in Diploma Engineering (Three Years duration semester based course)
- Passed 10th Std/ SSC Examination
Eligibility for taking Admission in Diploma Engineering Lateral Entry (Two Years duration semester based course)
- Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (as per Table given below).
(Note: The Affiliating Body will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering
drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the
programme)
OR
10 + (2 years ITI) shall be eligible for admission to Second Year Diploma Course(s) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology as per compatability.
OR
NSQF level 4 in any course will be eligible for consideration in various Diploma Engineering courses as per compatability
Basis of Admissions
Admission of the candidates to the Diploma lateral entry course through online off-campus counseling will be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of %age of qualifying examination.
Note: In case, where the aggregate marks or the CGPA is not mentioned in the concerned Board DMC of 12th Examination, then total marks of all the subjects should be considered for calculating percentage of aggregate marks of Qualifying Examination.

नोट: हरियाणासरकारकीअधिसूचनाक्रमांक 44/06/2016-04 TE, दिनांक 08.09.2016, के अनुसार हरियाणा तकनीकी शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा जारी किये गए इंजीनियरिंग डिप्लोमा कोर्स हरियाणा में सरकारी नौकरी के लिए डिप्लोमा योग्यता के अतिरिक्त 10+2 योग्यता के समकक्ष भी मान्य है। यह प्रावधान उच्चशिक्षा के लिए भी मान्य है।
